Terms of Use (“Terms”) of Kevin Hood and Uplift the Tribe LLC

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://kevinhood.me and https://www.kevinhood.me websites (together, the “Service”), operated by Uplift the Tribe LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). “Kevin Hood” and “Uplift the Tribe” both refer to: Uplift the Tribe LLC, 2785 E Grand Blvd, Unit #564, Detroit, MI 48211.

Newsletter

When you submit your name and email address through a form on the Service, you are asking to receive a daily email from Kevin Hood, and you consent to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and we will stop sending you marketing email. Uplift the Tribe LLC does not sell or rent your email address.

Purchases

Uplift the Tribe LLC sells products and services (each, a “Purchase”). Purchases may be made through the Service, and may also be arranged by email, by direct message, or in conversation. These Terms apply to any Purchase in addition to any terms presented to you at the time of sale.

In connection with a Purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to that Purchase including, without limitation, your:

Refunds

Due to the nature of a service-based business, often times when you place an order or make a purchase, you are also preventing someone else from doing so due to limited availability.

In many instances your purchase will be non-refundable, and unless otherwise stated on the product or offer information page, refunds will only be issued under our sole discretion.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

All content published on the Service — text, graphics, images, and design — is owned by Uplift the Tribe LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Service does not accept user-submitted content and has no comment or public posting features.

We improve our products and advertising by using Microsoft Clarity to see how you use our website. By using our site, you agree that we and Microsoft can collect and use this data. Our privacy policy has more details, including how we use advertising and measurement tools.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
